Return policy

Inspired Home’s primary goal is to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. We believe in human contact, smooth day-to-day operations, efficient and systemized so we can get back to doing what we love, inspire the world with beautiful furniture! There are no hidden terms or sneaky fees; we just want to make shopping with us as easy as can be.


RETURNS, CLAIMS and EXCHANGES

No one in the industry workers harder to ensure your order ships and arrives in good condition – you’ll it see it in packing materials exceeding the industry standard. All our products are shipped in 275 PSI cartons – even our sofas – and we only work with approved carriers that handle our furniture to our exacting demands. Still, things can happen and here’s what we suggest.

Defective merchandise must be returned in the original packing material. We’ll happily replace defective merchandise but, sorry, Inspired Home cannot accept buyer’s remorse returns.

If however there is an issue with your purchase, please fill in our claims form here.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


PARTS AVAILABILITY

Everything we build reflects our pride, attention to production detail, insistence on the highest quality materials, packaging that sets a higher industry standard and commitment to customer satisfaction. But things happen, and from a chair leg to hardware, if you need something we’re here to help. Parts will be on their way in a hurry and at absolutely no cost.


REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill in the form here.


Returning Merchandise

Contact Inspired Home Customer Service at 646-545-4019 before returning merchandise to our Distribution Center. And please, before sending anything back get in touch with out support team here.

Unauthorized returns will be refused at our docks and returned to the sender. To return your product, you should mail your product to: DCG warehouse fulfillment, 10721 Jasmine street, Fontana, CA, 92337.
