The chrome trim at the bottom was all dented and looks like there was rust marks on the trim as well. Called customer service and they sent me a replacement which also arrived damaged with dents as well. I was very disappointed cause I was looking forward to this item for my remodeled bathroom. I spent $*** + tax and this is what I receive? :-(

Such a cute ottoman. It matches my pink, white and grey room. Its good as a foot stool or as a seat at a vanity table. The pink is a pretty soft pink. Its medium firm to sit on and so pretty to look at!
